CCB Bill Pay


IF YOU HAVE CANCELED BILL PAYMENTS:

If you log into your Bill Pay account and notice canceled payments, it is a result of an incorrect (shortened by the first two digits) account number being sent to the Bill Pay service by CCB's online banking provider.

The issue has now been resolved, and your correct account number is attached to your Bill Pay service.


You may still see canceled payments when you log in the next time if you scheduled payments between 1/19 and 1/25 as these would have been made on the incorrect account number.


Please contact CCB next week and we will review your Bill Pay account with you to make sure all of your payment are scheduled correctly and will be paid. CCB will work with you to get late fees as a result of this issue waived or refunded.



IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR BILL PAY ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN FROZEN:


If you are not able to access your Bill Pay account online because it has been "frozen" – please call CheckFree (FISERV) customer support at 877-800-8165 from 7AM - 9PM Monday- Friday.


Let Bill Pay support know that your Bill Pay service was updated with an incorrect (shortened by the first two digits) account number by CCB's online banking provider. They will un-suspend your account.

Once you log into your Bill Pay account after it has been unsuspended, the correct account number will be once again attached to your service and you can schedule new payments.


You may still see some canceled payments after the account number has been corrected if you scheduled payments between 1/19 and 1/25 as these would have been made on the incorrect account number.


Please contact CCB on Monday or during the week and we will go over your Bill Pay account with you to make all of your payments are scheduled correctly. CCB will work with you to get late fees as a result of this issue waived or refunded.
