CCB's about to give you something to sing about! As we welcome you to our latest and greatest updates, we're aware you might have some questions on how to get started. Please refer to the FAQ section below to learn more!

What's New Online?


On November 6, 2017, we will be upgrading several of our online banking services. You will now be able to enjoy…

● Updated systems with real-time account information

● Enhanced online security

● Email or text alerts about your account activity

● NEW "CCB NOW" Mobile App for iPhone and Android users

● NEW mobile deposit, allowing you to make deposits right from your smartphone

● Enhanced fraud controls, giving you the control to turn your debit card ON and OFF as desired



Will there be any downtime for transfers or online banking?


Online transfers will be unavailable after 4:00 PM on Friday, November 3, 2017 until Monday, November 6, 2017 when you log into the new system.


Please note that Bill Pay may be unavailable from 2:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday, November 6, 2017.



How do I log in to the new online banking system?


When logging in to the new Online Banking or Mobile Banking for the first time (on or after 11/6/17), you will need to follow these steps:


1. Enter your Access ID. Your current Login ID will remain the same for this step.

2. Input your Password: You will have a temporary password to access the new system for the first time. This password is as follows – Temp@#### (where #### equals the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number).

3. The system will then automatically prompt you to change your password. Your new password will require you to meet new security controls. Be sure you use:

a. At least 1 uppercase letter

b. At least 1 lowercase letter

c. At least one number

d. At least one special character

e. Between 8-12 total characters

4. Once you have reset your password, simply follow the prompts to gain access to your accounts!



How do I log in to the new online banking system if I am a business user?


When logging in to the new Online Banking or Mobile Banking for the first time (on or after 11/6/17), you will need to follow these steps: 

1. Enter your Access ID. Your current Login ID will remain the same for this step.

2. Input your Password: You will have a temporary password to access the new system for the first time. This password is as follows – Temp@#### (where #### equals the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number).

3. The system will then automatically prompt you to change your password. Your new password will require you to meet new security controls. Be sure you use:

a. At least 1 uppercase letter

b. At least 1 lowercase letter

c. At least one number

d. At least one special character

4. Once you have reset your password, simply follow the prompts to gain access to your accounts!

5. As a business user, you may be asked an additional security question, "What color was your first car?" Please answer "red."


Will the existing "CCB To GO" app still work after the update?


To put it simply: No! Your "CCB To GO" Mobile app will no longer work after 9:00 AM on Monday, November 6. Please remember to remove your "CCB To GO" Mobile Banking app and download the new "CCB NOW" Mobile Banking app from Google play or the App Store.



Will Bill Pay services be changed?


All of your bill payment information, including payees and scheduled payments, will be transferred to the new system.


PopMoney® payee information will also be transferred and available for you to use on the new system.



Do I have to reset automatic transfers?


If you have any scheduled automatic transfers set up to move money between your accounts on a regular basis, those will be transferred to the new system.


You will not be able to view or edit those transfers in the new online banking system, but if you need to make changes, we will be happy to help you! Just give us a call.



How do I set up Account Alerts?


It's simple to setup your Account Alerts, and there are several options available. Just click on the Alerts button on the left menu to access the new alerts screen.



What about Voice Banking?


You will still call the same number to access Voice Banking: 1-800-601-CASH or 716-938-6000 (if calling locally).


When calling into the new system for the first time (on or after 11/6/17):

1. User ID: Enter your Social Security Number

2. PIN: You will use the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to access the new system for the first time

3. Follow the prompts to set your new PIN number and gain access to all of your accounts



I use Intuit Financial Software. What do I need to do?

IMPORTANT

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted from November 6th until November 13th, 2017. Intuit product users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Mint

Are there any operating system or browser requirements for the new systems?


The following browsers and operating systems are supported:

● IOS 8 (or newer)

● Android KitKat (or newer)

● Internet Explorer

● Mozilla Firefox

● Google Chrome

● Apple Safari


Please remember to always practice good cybersecurity by keeping your operating systems and browsers updated to the most current versions.
